Yearly Recharter with the Troop
Once a year the Troop must re-charter with BSA Scouts, and every registered Scout and Adult Leader must re-register and pay their dues. We typically send the registration information out in early July with links to our recharter form.
Notes: All Scouts and Adult Leaders participating in Troop events are required to have current medical forms on record with the Troop. The Health and Medical Record form must be updated annually and put on record by the Troop Membership Chair. For Scouts, parts A & B are filled out by the Scout’s parent/guardian Part C requires a physical examination by a licensed medical practitioner and must be signed by the practitioner.
