Gear

Gear Required by New Scouts

You should not purchase any camping equipment until after the Crossover. This will allow you to get some pointers from other Scouts as well as see some of the different types of equipment in action. This section is to help you plan what clothing and camping gear you will need to buy, the approximate cost involved, and the time frame in which the items will be required.  The Troop 323 registration fee covers the cost of the Scout’s transfer fee from Webelos or the initial BSA Registration, a Class “B” t-shirt, Troop 323 hat, bolo, uniform patches, and a contribution towards the Troop’s capital equipment fund.
